Objectives:
- Multi-locations phenotyping of association mapping panel (AMP) for TLB disease reaction
- SNPs genotyping of AMP and genome-wide association studies (GWAS) for TLB resistance
- Genetic characterization of genomic regions to find out key candidates genes for TLB resistance and synthesis of PCR based markers for them
Significant achievements: A diverse association mapping panel of 350 lines has been constituted. The Phenotyping as well as genotyping of the same are going for molecular studies.
